Side-panel Forming

The side panel is fully automatic servo-controlled and adopts the design of one die with two cutting off side panels. The product models within the design range can be changed endlessly and quickly.

Top-panel Forming

This industry pioneered production line was jointly developed with the industry well-known equipment manufacturer, which was full servo control with CNC bending, rapid model change and automatic top panel production. 

Back-panel Forming

This was the first automatic line used in this industry to produce the back panel of refrigerators with servo control, press mold bending forming to overturn the tradition , high efficiency and manpower saving.

Metal Door Forming

Snowky is equipped with the world's advanced flexible door sheet metal automatic forming lines, which can realize automatic produc change with different size ranges , shapes and cross sections. The accuracy of product is adjustable within 0.05mm.

Door Foaming

It is the industry pioneer for gun head with moved feeding foaming, clamping opening and closing with lifting, door shell intelligent matching, curing intelligent control, full-automatic manipulator door grasping, solid solidification storehouse, independent research and development.

Cabinet Pre-assembly

The cabinet housing is built-updesigned with  easy components transferring, convenient process operating. The electric control system isintegrated with the top components, and the manufacturing process is simple andreliable.

Cabinet Foaming

The industry pioneered four guide column hydraulic lifting foaming fixtures were used in cabinet foaming line, which was operated stably and reliably. We used double head filling process, combined with the high quality foaming agent, foam strength and excellent insulation properties.

Total Assembly

The total assembly line isefficient and orderly with lock-ring welding process to instead of traditionalbrazing. It is safe, environment friendly and reliable. The refrigerant is filled with scanning to assure highprecision.

Complete Testing

We used the "golden finger" test system, which is a subversive testing method compared with traditional probe testing method. It can directly obtain the parameters from the product itself to ensure that the product leave our factory with high reliable whole inspection.
